We offer a variety of classes that can fit any skill level and age group, from beginner to advanced. CASE Training

Conditioning – Agility & Speed – Strength – Explosiveness

At AED8 Sports our CASE classes teaches our students proper physical conditioning, agility & speed, strength and explosiveness training. Our experienced coaches use a combination of functional strength training, cardiovascular exercises, weightlifting techniques, plyometrics, and stretching techniques to ensure the students are getting the best workout possible. With an emphasis on enhancing physical & mental health, as well as preparing their bodies for the demands of their designated sport through strength & conditioning, our CASE Trainings at AED8 Sports provides students with the opportunity to reach top performance goals. It’s an ideal class for those ready to take their game to the next level!

FlexMo! (11+)

At AED8 Sports, FlexMo! is a training class specially designed for athletes aged 11 and up. Flexibility and mobility are vital components of any successful athlete’s performance, which is why our FlexMo! classes focus on applying various techniques to improve the range of motion of their joints and muscles. Our experienced coaches will lead participants through exercises that target specific areas and full-body movements to increase strength and power, reduce recovery time, and enhance overall athletic performance. With Flexmo!, athletes can experience improved flexibility, joint stability, balance, and coordination – all while having fun! College Prep (16+)

Amp up the intensity with our college prep group sessions! These trainings are designed to model a weightlifting and strength & conditioning session at the collegiate level. Trainers will also assist the athletes in effectively balancing the responsibilities of their academics, practice schedule, games/competitions, and training sessions. Do not wait until you are on campus to prepare yourself for the demand of being a college student-athlete!
