AED8 Sports’ Personal Training program offers individualized instruction for athletes of all ages looking to improve their strength and conditioning, fitness and nutrition, sports performance, skill development and/or tumbling. With consultation from an experienced Personal Trainer/Instructor, athletes will receive a tailored training program best suited to reach their goals in the most efficient way possible. AED8 Sports is committed to providing an environment that nurtures physical activity and emotional growth so each athlete can reach their full potential on and off the field/court.

Will have individualized instruction, which will consist of strength & conditioning training, specified sport skill development, & any other components of focus that’ll benefit the athlete’s craft. Personal Training sessions can also be customized to be semi-private with multiple students in a session, BUT all athletes have to be on similar levels to meet this criteria. This is a great option for teams and/or people who play the same sport, position, or have the same physical abilities.
